Order preparation

Every SWAYM¹⁰⁸ Rudraksha includes certification and basic Pran Pratishtha in the wearer’s name. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for confirmation, personal preparation and packing before dispatch. Complex or optional priest-led services may require additional time, which will be confirmed before payment.

Delivery within India

Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. Shipping costs ₹80 for orders below ₹299. Orders of ₹299 or more qualify for free shipping. The threshold is calculated on the product total after discounts and before shipping.

For example, a ₹298 product total attracts ₹80 shipping; a ₹299 product total qualifies for free shipping.

International delivery

International availability, shipping charge and expected delivery window are shown or confirmed before an order is accepted. Typical transit may take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, excluding customs delays. At present, please contact us before placing an international order if checkout does not offer a rate for your destination.

Customs, duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing may extend delivery time and is outside SWAYM¹⁰⁸’s control.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking details are shared after dispatch where available. Customers must provide a complete address, postal code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays, damage or non-delivery

Courier estimates are not guaranteed. If a parcel is delayed, visibly damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly with the order number and available photographs so we can assist with the courier investigation.
